Cancellation Policy

Written requests with proof of documentation for full refunds received before September 15, 2006 will be honored if an individual is not granted a Visa to enter the USA or if there is a change in government regulations prohibiting entry into the USA. All other written requests for refunds received before September 1, 2006 will be honored less a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after September 1 without documentation of a medical emergency or flight cancellation by the airline. Substitutions are accepted at any time. Cancellations by phone are not accepted. All refunds will be processed only after the conference closing date.
