Green Energy

Green energy sources are those that do not have adverse effects on our environment. Unlike fossil fuels, these energy sources are not finite in their availability and do not produce harmful atmospheric gases. This type of clean energy includes solar, wind and geothermal.

Solar is one of the most common sources of green energy. Solar power is the most abundant source of renewable energy that we currently have available to us, and it can be relatively easy to harness. As technology continues to improve the efficiency of solar panels, this source of energy will continue to become more practical.

Another increasingly viable source of green energy is wind power. Throughout the world wind farms are being constructed and are proving to be very reliable. Despite the fact that wind power as an energy source is still in its infancy, hundreds of thousands of people are currently getting a large percentage of their electricity through this source.
